I built an online audience of 25,000 people… and then I disappeared. In this deeply personal video, I’m sharing the real reason I went quiet online — and how trauma, motherhood, losing the business I had built, and a massive identity shift changed the way I think about visibility forever. In 2022, a repressed memory surfaced from when I was 16 years old, and suddenly I was trying to navigate trauma while also running an online business, trying to get pregnant, becoming a mom again, and figuring out who I was on the other side of all of it. Eventually, the business I had built almost completely disappeared with me. And for a while, I wondered if the version of me who taught video marketing and helped entrepreneurs get visible was gone for good. She wasn't. This video is step one of my own journey back.
