1. Content
Users are responsible for all material posted on Liinks. By posting content, you grant Liinks the rights to use, modify, and distribute your content across the service. You also grant Liinks a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature your page, username, profile image, and public content in promotional and marketing materials, including on the Liinks website, social media accounts, advertisements, newsletters, blog posts, and other communications, without further notice or compensation. You may opt out of promotional features by contacting support. You retain ownership of your content but warrant that it does not violate any laws, intellectual property rights, or contain malware. Liinks reserves the right to modify or remove any content at its discretion. We may use automated systems to detect content that violates these terms or our policies.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Liinks to publish, distribute, or link to any of the following:
- Fraudulent or deceptive content, including scams and phishing
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM) recruitment, or high-yield investment program (HYIP) promotions
- Content that misleads users about financial returns or business opportunities
- Links to malicious, deceptive, or suspicious external domains
- Content that promotes illegal activities or violates applicable laws
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that threatens the safety of others
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material
- Ads for sexual services, including escort services, even where they are legal
- Intimate images or videos of a person shared without their consent, including AI-generated or altered images
Liinks may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these prohibitions, without prior notice.
We have zero tolerance for content that sexually exploits minors. We remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Adult content
Adult creators may use Liinks within these limits:
- You must be at least 18 years old to publish or link to adult content.
- You may link to adult content you create on platforms that verify the age of their users and creators, such as OnlyFans or Fansly.
- Your page must not show nudity or sexually explicit images, videos, or text. This includes your profile picture, background, block images, and any embedded feeds or media.
- You may not sell or deliver adult content outside those platforms. That includes taking payment for it through payment apps and sharing it through cloud storage folders (such as Dropbox or Mega) or file-sharing links.
Liinks may add an age warning to pages that link to adult content and may exclude them from promotional features.
Reporting content
To report a page that breaks these terms, use our contact form or email support@liinks.co with a link to the page and a short description of the problem. If your report involves a child's safety or intimate images shared without consent, say so in the subject line so we can review it first. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement. You can also report child sexual exploitation directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Liinks, or older if the law where you live requires it. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use Liinks only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You must be at least 18 to publish or link to adult content.
Account information must remain accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining password security and for all activities that occur under your account. Usernames cannot infringe on others' rights or be offensive. Username "squatting" or "parking" is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
4. Access & Membership
Liinks retains exclusive intellectual property rights to the service. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform. Content cannot be modified, and graphics cannot be separated from accompanying text.
5. Third-Party Links
The platform provides links to external websites as a convenience only. Liinks bears no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. You access external sites at your own risk.
6. Termination
Liinks may suspend or terminate accounts immediately without notice for any reason, including violations of these terms. All decisions regarding account suspension or termination are final at Liinks' sole discretion.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Liinks for damages, costs, and liabilities arising from your use of the service or breaches of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liinks is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service. Liability is capped at the amounts paid by you. You hold sole responsibility for data security and backups.
9. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Liinks does not guarantee uninterrupted function, error correction, or virus-free operations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
11. Changes to Terms
Liinks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Customer Data
Liinks processes customer data as a data processor in accordance with your instructions and applicable laws. You must maintain password confidentiality and ensure your data complies with intellectual property laws.
13. Data Location
All data is stored and processed in the United States.
14. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew and require a valid payment method. Liinks may modify subscription fees with reasonable notice. Paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where legally required.
