Heights Grocery has a new operating schedule, beginning September 14, 2026. We are open Mondays & Thursdays Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Hours of operation may change for holidays and inclement weather. All guests are encouraged to follow our Instagram (@heightsgroceryrva) for updates.
You may arrive on our property after 5:30pm. No early arrival will be allowed, for the safety of our Heights Academy Students, who are onsite until this time. All guests may park in our church parking lot. No parking or loitering is allowed at the neighboring businesses near the church. Heights Church is not responsible for any violations or fines imposed by those business owners, and parking compliance is the responsibility of all guests.
On arrival, all guests, regardless of prioritization of arrival, will get in line and be given a lanyard number following a random lottery process. All guests must get in line to receive a lanyard, and one will not be provided for someone waiting in the car or coming later. Lanyards will only be provided to those ages 18+, and minors may not shop for others. One lanyard will be provided per household only. All first-time guests should visit the welcome tent and follow posted signage to check-in.

Pre-registration is not required, and our team will be ready to welcome you on arrival to help you check-in or register. Returning: Bring your Feed More Link2Feed card or a picture of the card on your phone Lost card: provide your name and birthdate at check-in and you can receive a new Feed More Link2Feed card First time guests: receive Feed More Link2Feed card at check-in We provide shopping carts and bags for your groceries, so simply bring yourself and let our team serve you with excellent guest experience.
No, Heights Grocery does not offer grocery delivery. If you need this service, please contact the Feed More Hunger Hotline or visit the Feed More pantry locator online to find pantries that may offer this service.
Please get in line to receive your lanyard number first. You are welcome to wait in your car until it is your time to shop, but it is your responsibility to monitor the progress of the line and be in line by your turn. Heights Grocery does not provide chairs or seating, indoor or outdoor, and all guests are welcome to bring their own for self-accommodation, as needed.
Heights Grocery is a choice-pantry, which allows guests to select their own items from the available stock on the shelves. A choice pantry means guests can shop for the foods they prefer, which limits food waste, prioritizes dietary health, and enhances personal and cultural preference. While Heights Grocery does not have the same foods consistently each week, clients can select from available food supply, the items needed for their respective preference.
Heights Grocery does not provide transportation services to or from the food pantry. All guests are responsible for coordinating and managing their own transportation and ride share services.
Anyone age 18+ is welcome to shop Heights Grocery. Heights Grocery does not limit eligibility based on income, zip code, government assistance programs, etc. We believe all people need food and want to be a supplemental support when circumstances prevent that basic need from being met.
Visits to Heights Grocery may occur once per calendar week per household. Therefore, guests may visit Heights Grocery either on Monday OR Thursday of a given week.
Interpretation services of select languages may be available by request. This service may vary during each distribution and is contingent on team availability and languages spoken. Heights Grocery offers QR codes on printed materials for self-directed translation.
