We aim to empower women to make healthier choices in their lifestyles, relationships, and careers in order to live more fulfilled lives. UN Sustainability Development (5) Gender Equality Cultured Waist aims to help women shift their mindsets from who they were taught they can be. A lot of women don’t take steps towards their goals in various areas of their lives because of fear that they can’t do it or beliefs that certain things are reserved for men.

Cultured Waist is a holistic wellbeing brand using waist beads, education, and community to support emotional healing, self-love, body positivity, and confidence.
What are waist beads used for?
Waist beads are worn as intentional tools for self-awareness, mindfulness, confidence, and emotional connection to the body. Many people also use them to track body changes or support healing journeys.
Are your waist beads size-inclusive?
Yes. All waist beads are approximately 1 metre (60 inches) long and designed to fit all body types comfortably.
What materials are used in your waist beads?
We use a mix of glass, seed, wooden, acrylic, clay beads, semi-precious gemstones, and stretchy beading elastic with a metal screw clasp.
Are the waist beads water/fire proof?
Yes, our waist beads are waterproof. However, prolonged exposure to heat (such as hot water bottles or very hot baths) may weaken the elastic over time.
Do you offer custom waist beads?
Yes. Custom designs are available, including specific colours, crystals, intentions, or raw gemstones. Please contact us to discuss your custom order.

Waist beads are used as intentional tools for mindfulness, emotional awareness, and self-connection. They are not a replacement for medical or therapeutic treatment but can support personal healing practices.
