Practicum Information
Only For Incoming Worship Ministry Majors
The Bayside College Practicum is a mandatory 3-credit, hands-on learning course that blends academic study with real-world mentoring to prepare our Undergraduates for their future careers. Students choose from three tracks: Worship, Ministry, or Marketplace . This program provides academic credit, internship opportunities, and direct mentorship from experienced professionals to help students build essential career skills.
Ministry Practicum exists to equip students with the practical skills, leadership development, and ministry experience needed to serve effectively as Pastors, Directors, and Coordinators within the local church.
Marketplace Practicum exists to equip students with the professional skills, leadership development, and real-world experience needed to thrive in business, entrepreneurship, and marketplace ministry while making a meaningful impact for Christ in their chosen field.
Worship Practicum exists to equip students with the practical skills, leadership development, and ministry experience needed to serve effectively as Worship Pastors, Directors, and Coordinators within the local church
