Tools

Ruler

Metal & cork back is important so you don't slip and cut yourself!

Box Cutter

Bone Folder

Rotary Cutter

Silicone Paint Brush

Hinge Spacer/Corner Cutter

I use 1cm but would recommend 7 or 8mm for most binds.

Weeding Tools

I use a home brand version of these that I can't find the link to but any tools like this will work

Cutting Mat

Book Binding Supplies

Book Board

PH Neutral Glue

This is an acid free/PH neutral glue that is recommended for book binding but you could use any PVA glue.

Mull

Mull strengthens the spine and is what attaches your book to the cover.

End Paper

Get creative with your end paper! I generally use 180 gsm card stock and I find Spotlight have a great range.

12mm Ribbon

This is the ribbon I use on most of my rebinds but you can use any!

Ribbon Clamp

Cricut Heat Transfer Vinyl

Unfortunately a bit pricey but well worth the cost if you're wanting metallic

Heat Transfer Vinyl

I get all my other HTV from here

DIY Book Cloth

Fabric

You can use any fabric but this is the range I use to make my own book cloth.

Heat N Bond Lite

It's important you get the lite version! The glue from the original version will seep through your cover when you apply heat to transfer your design.

Tissue Paper

Cricut Easy Press Mini

Mine is in Zen Blue and I love it! Well worth the cost if you're using HTV on your cover.

Silhouette Cameo 3

I use a Silhouette Cameo 3 that I purchased second hand.

Silhouette Cutting Mat

DIY Book Press

Chopping Board

You will need 2!

Bolts & Nuts

You need 4 all together (one for each corner)

Washers

You need 4 all together (one for each corner)

Rubber Bumpers

These stop the bolts from scratching your table
