Hello, I’m Ems I’m a photographer based on the Isle of Wight, UK. For as long as I can remember I have loved to take photos. Photography helps me to be still, to pause and be in the moment. My style is spontaneous, impulsive and vibrant, led intuitively by the scene, the light, the weather, the mood and the stories I see. I strive to capture the beauty and the good in things. I want to uplift and spark joy, but I also want to be real and truthful. Photography helps me to notice the small things and capture the joy in every day. I love all photography, especially nature and the outdoors, the sea, sky, sunsets, weathers, birds and flowers, lifestyle, sailing and travel but I especially just love the Isle of Wight and Island Scapism. I was so fortunate to grow up on the Isle of Wight and to return to raise my family. It's a uniquely special place with outstanding areas of nature and beauty, wonderful people and so much to offer.
